This page helps you to understand the meaning of classes in our aerobic schedules.

Aerobic:  activity that uses large muscle groups, can be maintained continuously, and is rhythmic in nature. It is a type of exercise that overloads the heart and lungs and causes them to work harder than at rest. The important idea behind aerobic exercise today, is to get up and get moving!!

Stepaerobic:   Step is one of the most popular exercises. It is a very funny form of aerobic, with a big amount of combinations and choreographies. The lesson have the same composition as by aerobic, with the difference, that the main part is practised on stepers. It depends again on instructor, what choreography will be chosen, it is also important to adapt to the abilities of the trainees. Step is possible to practise on one step, with two steps (duoble step), steps to circle,... It is not a stock exercise at all. These exercises are not recommended for people with joints and spinal problems.

Bodystyling: The exercise is mainly to strenghten and forming of the problematic body parts (belly, backside, thighs). The lesson is devided into a couple of parts, the most important part consists of systematic strenghtening of the whole body (from head downwards). Bodystyling is a very diverse exercise, because of the possibility to use different facilities (different arts of shirrs, staffs, light darbells, steps,...). Again, it is very important the choice of the instructor and his choreography. Bodystyling is suitable for all age groups.

Circular training: Serious circular training is very popular among the advanced. You practise the whole body, you get, or improve your fitness and obtain a nice figure. There is siutable to use an equal amount of stands, like the amount of trainees and and the instructor. During the lessons you change all stands about 5-6 times. The instructor sets the duration of the exercise at single stands and also the duration of pause between the exercises, he sets also the time, when it will be the rest and drinking. Because of severity, this exercise is not recommended for beginners.

Kickbox: These lessons are very dynamic and you reach to the very bottom of your resources. You will learn different hits and covers, which comes from the ancient fight arts and techniques. Kickbox is perfect for strenghtening of the whole body, mainly of belly muscles. Besides of muscles, you will get a perfect fitness, your lungs will expand. These lessons are for light advanced and advanced trainees.

Fitbike: is the most popular group cycling class. And it’s not just because fitbike is an unmatched way to make your fitness goals a reality. With no complicated moves to learn, top-notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal, getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun.

Fitball: exercise with gymnastic ball, is momentary a big hit. The lessons are very grateful, funny but also demanding. It is not only a rehabilitation exercise. You practise the whole body. The advantage is, that you will not overload the spine even you will eliminate pain. The balls have a great success by strenghtening of belly and the lower part of body. It is recognized, that realy the whole exercised muscle group is strenghtenned (e.g. if exercise of belly, the back muscles are not involved, therefore the exercise is more intensiv). Stretching with balls is particular too. You stretch and relax at once.

Yoga: in general, is a spiritual practice or discipline that helps the individual unify his/her body, mind, and heart. Yoga is a direct experience of the vast interrelatedness of all life and of all things. You will feel at peace at the end of a yoga class because there is a natural realignment of your body which leads to a natural realignment of your perception of life and of who you are. You will need to develop discipline and there is hard work involved especially when you first begin.
